Billing & Insurance
At River City Pediatric Dentistry, our team is dedicated to bringing quality dentistry to your child at an affordable price. We believe that dental care should be accessible to all and should fit any budget; that way, you can always say yes to the care your child needs.
Below you will find information regarding our financing and insurance options, as well as our office policies. If you have any questions, feel free to contact our office!
Financing
Our payment options include cash, check, credit/debit card (Visa, Discover, MasterCard, AMEX), or CareCredit. Once approved for CareCredit, you can pay for the care your child needs through a tailored payment plan that fits your budget. To learn more about CareCredit, visit their site or call our office with any questions.
Insurance
Many insurance plans are accepted at our practice, giving you options so that your child may receive quality care at a great price! We will request payment of the estimated balance at the time of your child’s appointment, minus any fees covered by your insurance policy. This payment may be made through cash, check, credit/debit card (Visa, Discover, MasterCard, AMEX), or CareCredit.
All claims will be filed on your behalf and billed to your insurance company as a courtesy (in the event your insurance does not pay within 60 days of your service, you will be liable for the full payment due within 30 days of that date).
Following receipt of payment from your insurance company, we will send you a statement detailing any balances due, from which point you will have 30 days to make full payment. If your full payment is not received within 30 days, there will be a $10 re-billing charge applied.
If you have questions about insurance, contact your insurance company directly, or call our office to find out if we are in-network with your child’s plan!
Additional Policies
Please note that any cancellations to your child’s appointment must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled visit. Without proper notice, you may be subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
Emergency appointments after regular business hours will incur a $55 fee in addition to necessary treatment expenses.
